They just quit allowing people to have a promo they said would last til Christmas out of the blue. They could keep their word when they offer something. They could comp more often than they do anyway! I was 4 days in on their spin the wheel promo. I had to be alert and prompt to get to spin the wheel . That meant watch the clock for the hour window ,check my email, and go spin the wheel to receive prize the next day. Seems how they don't offer anything very often ( no matter how much I spend) I was following their rules. And out of nowhere no email no wheel and no reply from them for 3 days about why. I had to go to support ( which is hardest out of any site I've seen) file a ticket. Then after a day I get told via email they are experiencing l alot of traffic they would get back to me. Then 2-3 days later they do. They said some people get to play and others don't they would be working to give me more promos in future.
