    We bought one of their mugs when the brand first started. It seemed like a good idea, and the quality of the product is decent overall. However, for most of the time we've had it, the mug didn't work properly and had many connection issues. Thankfully, after their recent update, there are much fewer problems, which is a relief. The only reason I didn't discard it earlier was because it felt wasteful. Now, at least the mug works sometimes. I hope the app keeps improving!

    The cup is great when it functions properly

    The cup is great when it functions properly, but it breaks easily (the pin on the charger gets stuck). Unfortunately, I can’t claim warranty because the serial number is unreadable – the print is too small and the color is hard to read. The price seems high considering the constant issues and poor customer support. I would rate it lower, but I still enjoy using the cup.

    They only sent part of my order

    They only sent part of my order (shipped just 1 of 3 items). I had to start a chargeback with my credit card, and Ember told my credit card company they sent all 3 items. This is a dishonest company. Avoid them.

    Battery on Ember tumbler barely lasts 2 hours. Tried resetting multiple times, but nothing helps. Sent Ember more than 8 emails, but no reply at all. My daughter paid $235 for this gift seven months ago.
