The course format was easy to follow and simple to navigate. There were three different methods of learning, which worked well for me based on what I needed. I really enjoyed the small quizzes at the end of each chapter to help me remember the material, and I’m happy with my final grade. I would definitely suggest it for anyone who wants to improve their knowledge and abilities, while also expanding their collection of helpful resources.

I liked how the modules were put together and the way the content is laid out. It also offers great tips on how to start a coaching service, which was helpful. I already knew a bit about Ikigai, coaching, and marketing, so I thought it might be repetitive, but it actually turned out to be a helpful addition. I've picked up some good, practical advice.

I have a background in neuroscience for events and exhibitions. To expand my knowledge, I enrolled in the Neuroscience Coaching Certification with Efficient Coach. The course is well-structured, with a mix of audio, videos, and quizzes for every module. I've completed about 33% so far and plan to finish the rest soon.

I really liked taking the Life Coaching course and getting the qualification... It was detailed and included a lot more topics than I thought it would, plus being able to download the materials helped a lot with studying. The interface was easy to use and overall it was better than I expected!

My experience with Efficientcoach was positive. The lessons were clearly explained. When there were issues with pages not loading, the support team replied quickly and fixed the problem. After passing the exam, I could download my certificate right away. All in all, I would suggest Efficientcoach!

Great way to learn, the site is simple to use and has many options to help with the course like audio, PDF and video formats. Being autistic, this was a very helpful place for study, and I definetly plan to keep going.

The modules have been simple to follow (and for Neuroscience Coaching, there was a helpful video that made things clearer!). The content is engaging, and once I bought them, it was easy to locate, download, and begin. However, sometimes the questions feel a bit unclear, and I wasn’t certain if I had to wait for a notification before starting the next module.

I have just finished two modules, so my feedback may not be final. So far, the lessons are helpful, but the way they are delivered gets repetitive, and I find myself losing focus. In my view, these chapters can be split up (which it has been), but the delivery makes it feel like one long chapter. Like the courses on LinkedIn, if the chapters had a similar way of being delivered, it would be more engaging for me. Also, rather than a test at the end of the chapter, if there were quizzes or questions after each topic, it would help with retention as the tests tend to be more subjective than objective or MCQs.

This course doesn’t provide enough to properly

This course doesn’t provide enough to properly assist people with insomnia. It’s a decent beginning, but feels quite repetitive, and the content doesn’t seem to be backed by solid research (or maybe the bibliography is just missing, which is a letdown since I would have liked to dig deeper into the original materials). The PDFs aren’t easy to follow because of how they are written. I’ve taken several online courses, but this one doesn’t really shine.
