I've been renting from Easirent for quite

I've been renting from Easirent for quite some time now, and I always find their service great. The staff is always kind and eager to assist with anything, no matter how small. I can't imagine renting a car from any other company. Thanks a lot for everything, and wishing Ruben, James, Ally, and Mohammad a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Very supportive staff

Rented vehicle from Salt Lake City off-airport site. Car had trouble connecting to Apple Play with my iphone. It's important for Apple Play to work to reduce distractions while driving. Angel helped set up Apple Play and connect it to my iphone. Thanks.

I got a car from the Tampa spot.

I got a car from the Tampa spot. They treated me right and I got what I booked, no hidden costs. So, my experience was good and I'll rent from them again for sure.

I had a long wait, over

I had a long wait, over 25 minutes, for airport pickup. There was also a long wait at the counter since only one person was working. Nowhere during the car reservation process did it say to bring an insurance card. If you didn't have it, they would charge you for insurance. Fortunately, I was able to download mine. When returning the car, I put the address listed on the rental agreement into the GPS. Unfortunately, it turned out that it wasn't the correct address for dropping off the car. I had to call and get the correct address. I'm probably not going to use this company again.

There are so many extra charges at the counter.

There are so many extra charges at the counter. I used reward points to book, but they only give you 30 miles per day, and if you want unlimited miles, it’s an extra $20 per day. The staff are very rude.

The car I rented was in terrible

The car I rented was in terrible condition. It was missing the front lower wind protective guard, and the car stalled multiple times while I was stopped and idling. Even worse, the emergency brake engaged twice while I was driving on the highway for no reason, almost causing me to lose control of the vehicle. I tried to complain, but no one at the Fort Lauderdale branch would answer the phone. This experience was extremely dangerous, so I would strongly advise staying away from this car rental company. Your safety should be a top priority.

I had a REALLY TERRIBLE

I had a REALLY TERRIBLE experience with this car rental company. After a long wait for pick-up at the airport, I was told to simply hit the unlock button and find the car myself. To make matters worse, the car was dirty both on the outside and inside. Additionally, there was no washer fluid in the car, which forced me to buy some. All in all, I wouldn't recommend using their services, as it was far from a pleasant experience.

The only car they had was a Nissan Sentra

The only car they had was a Nissan Sentra, despite our reservation for a full-size car for one or two weeks. Other customers also had reservations for vans or SUVs for months, but they were told the only option was the Sentra. We ended up taking the Sentra. The customer service rep said they couldn’t adjust the price, even though we had an issue.

They didn't have the car I booked on Expedia

They didn't have the car I booked on Expedia and tried to sell me an expensive Mustang, saying it was just $25 more, but it was actually $25 a day! Total scam! Never Easierent again!
