I lately purchased an IS Clinical serum from Dermstore. Unfortunately, when I opened the bottle, it exploded. I am no stranger to this product, so it was either stored at the wrong temperature or I don’t know. I emailed Dermstore with pictures of what happened, but they completely ignored my email. I lost about $20 worth of product just from opening up the bottle. I found the customer service to be poor and I will not give my business to companies that don’t care about the end user once they got their money.
