I contacted the company because I needed help with my order, as the nails I received were not suitable for the event I had planned. I was happy with how quickly and easily Johnny and Daniel from the Online Customer Service Team assisted me. They arranged for new designs to be sent out, which was very helpful. I also felt relieved knowing I could reach out to them if I had any further questions or feedback.

After mentioning that the nails didn’t last

After mentioning that the nails didn’t last and were similar to those from the convenience store, Curvlife contacted me and sent their "improved" glue. I have to say, it works better! Now, instead of most of my nails coming off after a full day of work, typing, cooking, cleaning, and kids' baths, only 1-2 nails tend to fall off. So yes, I am happy with it and will keep using it! Thanks!

Good experience I had a small issue with my order. It took a bit longer to arrive, and when I got it, the nails weren't exactly as I had requested. I reached out to customer service and emailed with Chris, who helped me sort it out. I'll keep ordering from Curvlife, as they have been reliable so far.

I have ordered from Curvelife several times. They have a wide selection of nails and the quality is good. But for my most recent order, it's been nearly a month and I still haven't received it. I reached out to customer service, and they provided a tracking number. I am hopeful my order will arrive soon.

I thought the nails would look just like the pictures

I thought the nails would look just like the pictures, but after buying 3 pairs, I realized they are replicas. It seems they take professional nail designs and try to copy them, which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Be ready for that! The glue in the tube holds up very well and doesn't come off easily, even with the remover they provide. You'll need to wait for the nails to get older, but once they do, they start lifting around the cuticle. The polish also chips as they age. However, they do last for quite a while.
