Solid watch at a fair price.

Solid watch at a fair price. Having to pay extra for the CASIO box felt a bit odd, but since I bought it to wear, the box didn't matter to me in the end. I'm in NZ, and just a heads up, the listed price doesn’t include tax, which is added at checkout (still a good deal overall). Free shipping was nice, though since it's shipped from Singapore, it takes around two weeks to arrive. Overall, I'd buy from Creation Watches again and have already done so

Ordered a Casio watch for a special birthday. Good price compared to other sellers. The watch did come within the advised time, which was nice (about 3 weeks after ordering). Overall, quite satisfied with Creation Watches, a nice saving! Watch is spot-on & owner happy!

The watch looks great and delivery went fine

The watch looks great and delivery went fine, but it was annoying to get a customs fee even though I’m in Austria and this is a German brand. It’s not clear on your site that the watch comes from outside EU. Had to pay 50 Euros more, wich was not fun.

Absolute nightmare!

Absolute nightmare! My experience with this company is beyond belief: August 2023: Ordered a watch, but it arrived incredibly late with an unexpected customs charge. October 2023: The watch had quality issues, with disassembled parts and humidity under the glass. No guarantee or invoice was provided. October 2023: After countless emails and reminders, they finally sent the guarantee card and invoice via post in January 2024! Shockingly, the guarantee card belongs to a Seiko watch, not the INVICTA I purchased. To top it off, the invoice is still missing, and they managed to sneak in an extra 7.10€ charge. This company's operations seem shady, and I suspect their watches are counterfeit. Absolutely horrendous!

Purchased a watch on December 30th for $260 CAD. Unhappy with the free shipping insurance, I canceled and reordered with better shipping. Despite assurances, I'm yet to receive a refund for the initial order. The provided PDF blaming my bank lacks credibility. The second order arrived swiftly and in good condition, but the delayed refund raises concerns about potential scam. Refund hassles overshadow an otherwise positive experience; resolving this would likely make me a repeat customer. Sharing feedback here seems to prompt quicker customer service.

Initially, I was amazed by the wide range of options and reasonable prices, so I decided to buy two Seikos for myself and my brother a couple of months back. However, just two months later, the Seiko I purchased developed a loose rotor and started making strange noises when shaken. I had to spend more than half of its original price to get it serviced, and I didn't even receive any reimbursement. Don't let their prices fool you!
