Core Languages is a great choice for anyone learning ESL or other languages. The company is always there for its students and teachers, quick to respond and offer support. The platform for teaching languages is solid and works really well for adult learners. If you're looking to learn English or any other language, whether it's speaking or writing, I would highly suggest Core Languages. It's a good option for both online and in-person classes.

I really enjoy my time working with CORE

I really enjoy my time working with CORE Languages. Let me share a story from one of my students: Anna, who had just moved to the Netherlands, started Dutch lessons with me. At some point, her company's relocation service suggested a different language school to help her improve her Dutch. Anna, however, made it clear that she preferred continuing her lessons with CORE Languages. She even mentioned that the new school wasn’t offering native speakers, which was important to her since she values learning not only the language but also the local culture. Stories like these always make my work as a teacher more enjoyable.

It's a great experience collaborating with Core language, and the team is really friendly and approachable, responding in no time! Sometimes, new classes or changes appear out of the blue, and as a language instructor, being adaptable and fast is key, like when handling materials—you need to manage it yourself to get it sorted on time, which isn't a negative; it just needs some planning and attention! No issues at all, things run well!

My experience with Core Languages has been good so far. The calendar on the platform is easy to use. My only sugestions are to provide a built-in tool for online lessons and to help connect with more clients.

The company makes it easy for students to get the information they need. Communication between students, Core, and tutors is smooth. The reminders to log hours are really helpful.

I joined in early 2019 to assist a German employee

I joined in early 2019 to assist a German employee at a car factory near Atlanta with her English skills. There seemed to be some miscommunication between her and the company regarding her schedule and other issues, which made it tricky for me to navigate. She requested four-hour classes every day for a week, which felt like a lot for her and difficult for me to organize. Once she returned to Germany, I didn’t get any further updates, and since I didn't get a rating from her, it’s been hard to secure other classes. Contact with CORE has been limited, so I often feel out of touch. Although the pay was fair, I don’t quite feel like a full employee there.
