The caption tool is useful, but syncing manual captions is off. Auto captions miss half the words, so manual editing is necessary. It messes up contractions like "hasn't," showing them on separate lines. Fixing these issues would make it a 5-star tool; it's better than others, and Pro features are free if not exporting.

I downloaded their app and tried the free version for a while. Later, I upgraded to PRO and when I tried to share on Social Media, they asked for a 7-day trial to unlock PRO Features. I did this and got charged for the full month on day 2 of my trial. I complained via email but was told no refund because it's a digital product. I liked the app but now I'll use another service that respects customers and offers good products.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. Upgraded my account, but it disappeared the next day, losing all my work. They blamed me for forgetting my password. Couldn't get a refund. Disappointing. The software was alright, but I'll look for better service elsewhere.

Scammers! They tricked me into their trial and took my card details. After entering my card info, they took £10.99. I canceled the subscription right away, but they refused to give me my money back. The subscription vanished too. Can you believe that? Do people really get charged for a free trial? And if you cancel, shouldn't you still get the full trial period? They didn't even send me a receipt, so I have no proof except my bank statement showing the charge. I've reported this to my bank as a scam and want to warn others so they don't get caught in the same "trial" trap! They are such scammers, mark my wordss they're just after your personal details, your card info, and eventually, they'll take your money. Stay far away from them.

I bought the Pro version just to use the AI character feature. It’s listed on their site in French, so I figured it’d be available. I paid for it, only to find out it’s not offered in my country. I emailed for a refund the same day, and they replied with some nonsensical generic support responses. To top it off, they cancelled my Pro subscription without even confirming that I’d get a refund. So my subscription was cancelled, and the next day I had to pay for a full month subscription without any assurance of getting my money back. This is the worst support I’ve ever encountered.

The customer service is unhelpful even with the paid version. Can't use the video script feature anymore; AI voice vanished unexpectedly. Spent hours trying to fix, should be easier. Can't edit the voice either. Considering other platforms.
