The experience with this service is decent. The app shows all transactions clearly and helps in tracking each one. Its ledger feature is quite handy. It’s a good choice compared to Thomas Cook for rates, usage, and terms. I wasn’t happy that the app can’t export transactions to excel, which feels like a basic feature missing. When redeeming the balance $$s on my card, Shubham provided consistent updates and support. They promised it would come in 4-5 business days, and it arrived on the fifth day.
