So, here’s what happened. I accidentally put in the wrong address for my order. Realizing it, I quickly reached out to their support team—both by email and phone. The person I spoke with promised me it would be sorted out and not sent to the wrong place. I even offered to cancel and reorder if needed, just to make sure. But despite all that, it still ended up at the wrong address. It was frustrating, considering I took steps to fix my mistake immediately. I get that I messed up initially, but they assured me it was handled, and it clearly wasn’t. It feels like a serious breakdown in their system or communication.
