As I didn't have a physical B9 card yet, I used the digital card to transfer money to my Cash App, where I have a physical card. To my surprise, within three days, B9 charged me 19 fees, ranging from $2.50 to $8. Despite contacting them about these charges, they refused to refund the fees, stating that I should have read the fine print. This experience feels like a complete scam. With numerous other banks offering more without the excessive fees, I believe there are better alternatives to B9.
