As a woman handling this move on my own, I was unsure about working with men. However, the movers were polite, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. I felt safe and reassured that my items were in good hands. They were very careful with my furniture, and I was impressed by their strength and ability to get everything done efficiently. One extra thing they did without asking was fix anything that was damaged or on the verge of breaking. For instance, my bed had been poorly assembled before, but they made it more stable and sturdy when they put it together. Hiring Black Tie Movers turned out to be a great choice. While we weren't moving, we had all our belongings stored in pods during our home renovation. A very skilled team arrived and unloaded everything incredibly quickly – all 4 pods were emptied in just 2 hours, leaving me with just the unpacking. They were very polite, always checking if they could assist with anything else, even when the job was finished. No damage to any furniture, and they were careful not to hit any walls. I would definitely use their services again. Plus, they were more affordable than other movers I had spoken to.

This was our second time using Black Tie for moving, and once again, everything went as well as expected. The two-man team worked efficiently, handled all of our items with care, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. The same can be said about the agent who helped organize the move. Additionally, their price was the best I got for both moves. Although I don't expect to move again soon, if the need arises, I won't waste time getting quotes from other moving companies.
