    I actually liked Birchbox until

    I actually liked Birchbox until this month when they charged me but didn't send my box. They blamed a warehouse mistake but I still got nothing after paying. No responses to my emails and messages on social media are just ignored. Sadly, I'll cancel and not suggest them to anyone.

    I got a Birchbox gift card at Walgreens.

    I got a Birchbox gift card at Walgreens. I tried to use it online and it said "gift cards aren't available now". So, I paid $45 for a gift card I can't use and Walgreens can't refund. Don't fall for this scam like I did.

    Birchbox doesn't even deserve a single star.

    Birchbox doesn't even deserve a single star. It's a waste! I used to be a loyal customer until the new owners took over. It used to be worth $13 a month, now it's $20, and the products they send aren't worth it. Every month, they offer mascara and hand lotion, plus useless packets. I tried to cancel, but since I paid $240 upfront for the year, they won't refund me. Last month, I told them to keep their products or throw them away. The staff should be embarrassed to work for such a cheap company!

    I've been getting Birchbox for

    I've been getting Birchbox for four years now, and it's always such a treat. The best part is how you can customize each box to what you're into. They partner with a ton of awesome brands, which means the variety is always great. Just last month, I got this stunning eyeshadow palette and a sample of Sexual Noir perfume that lasted me the whole month. Plus, the skincare items, brushes, and tools are always top-notch. Honestly, it feels like a mini gift to myself every month. I'd totally give them a 10 out of 10.

    I don’t know if Birchbox

    I don’t know if Birchbox is still around or what’s going on. I’ve been trying to get my March box for weeks now and nothing. I messaged them three times through their online chat, but it’s like talking to a wall. Also, I sent a couple of emails and still no response. It’s super frustrating because I used to love getting my box every month and now I’m left hanging. Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but it’s really making me rethink my subscription. Anyone else having issues? Feels like they just vanished.

    I decided to cancel my

    I decided to cancel my Birchbox subscription, but since I paid for a year upfront, I still have a few boxes left to get. It feels like Birchbox has completely forgotten about me now. No more emails, nothing. And now I'm having a tough time with customizing my remaining boxes. Tried to tweak my November box, but it's not letting me. Customer service? Still no reply to my emails. It's pretty frustrating. There are definitely better subscription options out there, and I doubt I'll be coming back to Birchbox.

    I've been subscribed to Birchbox

    I've been subscribed to Birchbox for a while, and things were mostly okay until recently. My latest box got held up with Evri, and it’s been over a week with no updates. I reached out to Birchbox, hoping they’d help sort it out, but their response felt quite dismissive. They just said there should be an update soon, without really addressing the problem. It seemed like they didn’t really care about fixing the issue or understanding my frustration. With the lack of proper customer service and empathy, I decided enough was enough and ended up canceling my subscription. It’s frustrating when companies don't value their customers.

    I got my first subscription

    I got my first subscription box and the products were just awful, felt like they were super old. So I decided to cancel my membership. Thought it was done. Nope! They still processed an order on the 1st of the month despite my cancellation confirmation. I only found out when it shipped and they don’t even accept returns. The chat guy, Jason, kept saying they appreciated my feedback but wouldn't actually help. I even offered to send the box back at my own cost - nothing. Then I asked them to delete my account and credit card info. They said I’d get an email confirmation in 5-10 days. Overall, pretty terrible customer service.

    I thought I'd give this monthly box subscription a shot, but boy, was that a mistake. There's this tiny window to pick your items, and every time I tried, the good stuff was already gone. So, they just threw in whatever leftovers they had. Most of the things were these small sample sizes, stuff you could probably get for free elsewhere. I signed up for three months thinking it’d be a fun treat, but nope, total waste of money! Everything I got was from brands I’ve never heard of and just felt like junk. And when I tried to cancel, no refunds. Honestly, it was just super disappointing.

    Wow, this service started out

    Wow, this service started out pretty awesome, but it's gone downhill fast. They doubled the price and their website? Total mess. Every month, I try to customize my two subscriptions, but it’s a nightmare. This month, I clicked to customize, logged in fine, then it tells me I don't even have a membership. Like, seriously? I emailed them to cancel everything. No reply. But guess what? They still charged me $280! Total scam. Gonna call my credit card company tomorrow to report them and maybe even get the attorney general involved. So fed up with this nonsense.

    I honestly don't think they could make the experience worse if they tried. First, they didn't even ship my full order. Then, they had the audacity to claim everything was sent and complete. Thankfully, the delivery company took photos when they dropped it off, or they'd have just shrugged it off. The whole thing was just a mess. Customer service was no help, kept insisting the order was right when it clearly wasn't. It felt like they were gaslighting me. I felt so frustrated and unheard. Definitely not ordering from them again.
