Sam was very nice and helpfull.
Sam was very nice and helpfull. He stayed calm and worked very good. I was not sure if my email would ever be set up, but he kept telling me it will be fine. He explained everything well and had a really good attitide. If I lived in India, I would take him for a nice meal to say thanks, but I am in NY and I think he would be too hungry to wait for me!
