Finally, after tons of calls and threats for a refund, they completed my website three weeks ago. Today, I shared my site during a live session, and it was down. Turns out the scammers hosting my site vanished. Their own site shows 405 errors. Now, I’m desperately looking for a new host who can recover my WordPress site. Anyone else dealing with this? Check your websites; they might be gone too. I'm blasting this everywhere and calling Pete non-stop. They’ll regret this.

Nathan kept saying he sent the logo to my Gmail, but nothing ever showed up. I was getting other emails just fine, so I knew it wasn't my email. Instead of emailing the drafts, he started texting them. Seriously? And then, he even hung up on me once. When I asked for a refund, he just ignored me. Finally, one of his coworkers emailed some logo drafts, but by then, I’d already said multiple times I wanted a logo through text and email. Nathan claimed I couldn't get a refund because I got those drafts. Honestly, steer clear of these guys. There are better, more trustworthy design companies out there.
