I didn't use this company because of some housing

I didn't use this company because of some housing problems and the pickup timing. After signing two contracts and getting let down by two other companies, Jacob kept in contact and worked hard to figure out how to find a driver and close our housing timeline. As a military family moving from one coast to another, I didn't want to tow a vehicle. Jacob's professionalism and determination to stay focused and work on our issue for two days to find a solution really showed what kind of person he is. He took the time to explain how the business works, from driver to broker, and was honest about everything, especially compared to other companies that just scam you. When we move again, I'll reach out to Jacob Bruce and whatever company he's working with.

Great company to deal with! The shipping cost for our car was fair. What really stood out to me was Bryan! He provided clear details about how the pickup and delivery process would go. Bryan is the reason why I gave this company a five star rating!

My truck's water pump broke down, and I needed to get it home from over 4 hours away. Lisa Parker at Abroc managed to find a driver to tow my truck at 9 PM for a very fair price! I would surely suggest their services!

He uses bait and switch! Quoted me 600, I gave 150 deposit, then day before pickup he tells me driver’s route changed and now will be 1300!!!

We reached out to Abroc Enterprises because they were the most well-known service provider/broker that reached out to us when we requested motor trans. Andre helped our family through the whole process. We had to leave our car in a Walmart Service Center parking lot. The first service truck Andre sent couldn't handle our car, as it had more damage than we thought. Without any extra cost, Andre found another hauler with a winch. He made sure the hauler had the right experience and insurance and a good record of high-quality shipping. We didn’t have to worry at all. Our vehicle arrived today, safe and sound. All of our personal belongings were inside. The shipper stayed in touch with us the whole time and had the proper credentials to enter our military community. He was friendly and knowledgable. Andre also contacted us during the whole process to make sure everything was going as planned! Thanks to Andre for his help, support, and knowledge, and a big thanks to the shipper you chose for us (Sead)! Abroc showed great customer service, honesty, cost, and speed! Thanks so much for getting our car home safely.

He always got back to me fast, and took the time to explain everything about the transport process, which I really liked! I had a conversation with Matthew Brown. I explained what I needed, which was transporting a Jeep Wrangler from Arizona to Indiana. Matthew kept in touch with me the whole time. I did look at other carriers, but Matthew made sure to answer all of my concerns and questions. In the end, I chose another carrier for the Jeep delivery, but it wasn’t because of anything Matthew did. I will definitely choose him for my next shipment. Thanks, Matthew. 10 star service!
