I rarely write reviews, and I had no idea about A1 Tech before. I wasn’t sure if I should buy from them. But the good reviews on their site made me decide. I got a pair of Galaxy Buds 3 for a nice price. They came right on time, the package was properly sealed, and I really like them.

Delivery came on time which was good

Delivery came on time which was good, but the tablet box had some marks because the outer box was squashed. It had a fragile sticker, but didn’t seem like it helped much. Only some bubble rap was used inside, not enough to keep it safe. If packing was better, I would have gave 5 stars.

Wrong item sent, no way of contacting and no response £279 down!

Ordered the shark fusion at £289 but received a shark hairdryer worth £169.... I've tried emailing, chat box and the phone just cuts you off but had no response. Absolutely gutted as this was a birthday gift from my husband and It's looking like im stuck with something of less value which is of no use to me. Definitely wouldn't recommend based on this experience. May be different if they actually contact me and try to offer a solution but as of yet, that's not happening.
