They wrapped our furniture with care.

They wrapped our furniture with care. We have a glass coffee table designed by an Italian, they disassembled the glass very carefully, wrapped it with extra moving blankets and plastic. They assembled it exactly the same as the original shape at our new house. They are professional and care about our belongings. I will recommend 3 Men Movers to all our friends and relatives. Strongly recommended.

3 Men Movers were quick and did a great job! My last move took me about 10 hours. The next time I had to move, I chose 3 Men Movers. I had more stuff and thought it would take longer. But, 3 Men Movers finished in just 2 hours!!! The team was nice and professional. I would definitely suggest their service!

The move was a mess.

The move was a mess. The team worked hard, but it lasted 17.5 hours and needed 2 trips for just 1.8 miles. They didn't ask about our heavy garage stuff when we booked. They guessed truck size from house size, not what's inside. Bad planning risking safety, finishing at 2 AM. Hope they learn, won't recommend unless they fix their estimating.

So, I had this amazing experience with 3 Men Movers, specifically with Alex and Nathan. When they got here, the building hadn't sorted out a parking spot for them, so they waited without starting the clock. They only started after talking to me face to face, which was cool. They were super quick and careful the whole time. Unpacking the truck was smooth and fast, always keeping my goals in mind. Alex kept tweaking the plan based on what I needed and checked in often if he had any questions. Both guys were friendly, but Alex really stood out with his experience. He's been with the company for 9 years and it shows. I'd definitely go with this company and this crew again!

Luis, Esbin, and Moises really

Luis, Esbin, and Moises really blew me away. They packed up everything, all 468 boxes and the furniture, and moved it from Texas to Maryland in record time. Not a single item was broken or damaged, and they got our stuff to us in just a day and a half. They arrived early on a Friday and stayed until everything was perfectly placed, even re-assembling our furniture. They tackled three flights of stairs without scuffing a single wall. I was amazed by their kindness and care, especially with our new home. Their hard work and patience made the whole process stress-free. Would definitely hire them again without thinking twice. Highly recommend!

When I chose 3 Men

When I chose 3 Men Movers for my move, I expected a smooth transition. Instead, it turned into a mess. They managed to damage my 95-pound TV and the front door of my new place. Reporting these issues didn’t lead to any real help. Instead, I got a letter from them on May 7, 2025, citing some Texas regulations to limit compensation to just $57 for the TV. They did offer a $250 "goodwill" settlement, but it felt like a joke compared to the actual repair costs. The process was frustrating. They demanded quotes for door repairs, making it my problem to fix. This approach feels like they care more about profits than customers. Their so-called "settlement" doesn’t even begin to cover the damage, showing a clear lack of accountability. I wouldn’t trust them with my belongings again.

Scammed and disrespected

So, I had used 3 Men Movers twice before and had no issues. Naturally, I requested the same team this year to move the same items from my studio apartment. Shockingly, the cost jumped from under $600 to over $1200! Nelson and his team took over 5 hours just to load the truck, and they even refused to move some of my stuff, claiming I had too much money. I called dispatch several times, and only after a lengthy call with Bella did they start working faster. They still left items behind and made fun of me, calling me derogatory names. When I complained, the company offered a small refund, which didn’t come close to making up for the awful experience. They even blocked me on social media and deleted my photos. I feel scammed and disrespected.

When I decided to move my cozy little home, I hired 3 Men Movers, hoping for a smooth experience. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. They did manage to get most of my stuff over, but the washing machine? Not so lucky. It ended up broken, and when I tried to sort it out, the compensation was a joke. Who knew a washing machine's worth could shrink to $75? Plus, I had to deal with a soggy floor in my new place. The communication was tough since English wasn’t really happening, and I felt like they dragged the process out to rack up the bill. Overall, not a great experience, and I can't really recommend them.

I hired Juan and his crew for a move and it was a nightmare. My exercise spin bike got taken. They moved it out of my garage, put it on the truck, and then it vanished. When the movers left, I noticed it wasn't in the garage. I called the driver and the company, but they claimed they didn't have it. Now, neither do I. There were three movers, and I'm sure one of them knows where it went. No guarantees on replacing stolen items, which is just terrible. Wouldn't recommend them at all after this.
