Our insurance agent started the Vault claim process for us. The filing and review went smothly and timely with clear instructions emailed, helpful telephone followup, and very professional suport. I got my windshield replaced at the dealer. Vault had told me what to do. I got my money back in 24 hours. It was easy and no problem.

We really don't fancy Vault
We really don't fancy Vault much! There are always problems with coverage, which is a real bother. It's almost impossible to make any changes without feeling annoyed and frustrated. Plus, you have to go through your insurance broker for any communication. On top of that, there's no online platform to check your coverage and make sure everything's right. Can't wait to switch away from Vault!
