I'm new to crypto and this was my 1st time using

I'm new to crypto and this was my 1st time using Transak for my initial crypto buy. It was a really smooth process, fast and secure. Writing this review took more time than the entire process from account setup to purchase completion. The purchase was straightforward. Everything was explained clearly and easy to understand. Quick setup, verification, adding payment, buying crypto, and getting it was quick. Crypto prices were very competitive, with low fees and great rates compared to others. I'd recommend and use again. No problems start to finish with the transaction.

Fast exchange! Worked fine! However, there was no recipient's name for the account. I had the IBAN and everything, but not the name of the account holder. I just wrote "Transak". The exchange still went through, but I was a bit worried the name might be wrong... Also, there was no "Payment Purpose" or "Reference" provided for the transaction. Normally, you would need this to identify the reason for the transfer. Like I said, it worked out in the end, but it did make me feel uncertain whether the money went to the right place.... ;)

Great company to work with, been

Great company to work with, been with xrp since before the pandemic and even through it. My only suggestion would be to have more conversations with a representative to get a better understanding of how the ecosystem works and how to navigate it properly. I have other questions too, but up to now, it's like having a lot of information that helps me feel confident in holding all my xrp! Thank you!

Biggest delay was getting acount approval. Thats okay since its for security. Payment went smooth. Got confirmation quite fast. Of course, if theres more trafic it might take longer. Very pleased, will come back again. Reckon many bad reviews come from folks not really knowing how wallets and steps work in this modern system.

The fees are too high, charging 14 reais, which makes it costlier than Binance. I tried it out, but with these rates, it’s hard for people in emerging nations to use this service.

The card details weren’t accepted, so my transaction didn’t go through. This keeps happening repeatedly, and it looks like the issue might be on my side. I won’t rate it five stars just yet, but a middle score for now until I get more familiar with it to see if it functions properly.
