    I went in for a regular oil change.

    I went in for a regular oil change. The day before, I noticed that my front passenger side plastic wheel well was becoming loose. I asked when I arrived if I should set up a separate appointment for the repair. It seemed like a few fasteners weren’t holding the piece in place properly. The mechanic said they would check it out. After the oil change, everything was fixed. No extra charge. I’m guessing some fasteners were replaced, but I really appreciated the willingness to handle the small issue without needing extra time in the shop. Great service and a solid team. A+. Thank you.

    The team assisted me in getting my 2024 limited 4runner. They kept me updated with pictures while I was away on vacation when it arrived and even added all weather floor mats for me.
