The customer service at the Shift Network
The customer service at the Shift Network is very helpful. When I had trouble accessing a Livestream Webinar, I reached out to their support team. They responded quickly and informed me that they were working on the issue, and they did get back to me once everything was fixed. They not only resolved the issue but also provided me with a direct link to the Webinar, along with additional links in my email. They made sure I could watch it whenever I wanted, with no time limit. They are friendly, skilled, and really took the time to make sure everything was sorted. I felt well taken care of throughout the whole process!
