Man, stay far away from this company!

Man, stay far away from this company! Total scam alert! They took me for $350, swearing I wouldn't owe the IRS anything. So this dude Joe calls me up, puts me on hold, and feeds me this line about their internal review. When he finally comes back, he drops the bomb that I only have to cough up $350 for their "service." Paid it, right? Fast forward a week, and Joe hits me up again, saying I qualify for some Partial Payment Installment Agreement. But wait, gotta talk to their financial expert first. Surprise, surprise! Now it's the Streamlined Installment Agreement, and I gotta fork over more than 3 grand to settle my case. What the heck, right? None of this was on the table from the start. They basically wasted my time and money without fixing my problem. Save yourself the trouble—steer clear of these guys. Dealing with the IRS directly sounds better than this mess.
