Upon receiving my product, Bioelements Absolute Moisture, I noticed that despite being bubble-wrapped, there was lotion around the lid. Upon further inspection, I was disappointed to find that the product was not sealed. The scent did not match what I expected from authentic Bioelements products. Despite investing a considerable amount of money, the overall experience left me feeling deceived.

Another order was declared lost, yet it mysteriously remains in their warehouse three weeks later. Customer service is a chaotic mess with conflicting information and a proposed resending of an out-of-stock item. Company's reliability is questionable—steer clear.

What a mess.
What a mess. Ordered something, turns out it's out of stock, and Strawberrynet hits you with the cancellation. Fine, inventory mishaps happen, but then they pull the ol' "credit card companies take forever" card. Come on! Refunds usually roll in within 24 to 48 hours, not a whopping 21 working days. Smells like Strawberrynet playing keep-away with the cash.
