I had a good experience with SpanTran TEC
I had a good experience with SpanTran TEC, and their services were more affordable than others. My report was ready in just under three days after my university sent the confirmation email. The bad reviews I saw online didn’t match up with my experience. I would recommend them without a doubt.

I managed to contact them, but only on the first day of my application.
I managed to contact them, but only on the first day of my application. After I paid the fees, they stopped answering my calls. The fees I paid were supposed to cover the entire process, including reaching out to my school for my transcripts. They never contacted my school. I had to do it myself and send the transcripts to them. I never got any refund for those fees. The process dragged on for around 8 months. I ended up with a really bad evaluation! They intentionally gave me a lower GPA. Please, go somewhere else!!!!!!

The company is totally not worth it!
The company is totally not worth it! I noticed that 49% of the reviews are ONE STAR!!. They did nothing for me after charging $285. I called SpanTran, waited 30 minutes on the phone, and they said they had emailed me 5 months ago asking for more details but never got MY reply. SpanTran then asked for another $85 to finish the job. Then, they sent me a form that couldn't be printed properlly. I would Not Recomend Anyone Use This Company.

I had an awful experience with Spantran.
I had an awful experience with Spantran. I chose them because the college I’m applying to recommended them, but I really regret that decision. I should've gone with another agency because they just stopped responding after I made the payment for my evaluation. I paid for the 5 business day service, which means I should have received my documents days ago, but I still haven’t heard anything. Their customer service is non-existent. I’ve sent emails and never got a reply. I tried calling to speak to someone, and the automated message said all agents were busy, which is strange since I called exactly at 9:00 am when they are supposed to open. I waited on hold for over an hour without anyone picking up. I’m really upset with this company. I want my refund! If you’re thinking about using their services, don’t. Stay away because this is a scam!
