Shine.com is not a good platform. The executive (Vikas) called me and said I need to pay 3,292 to get their premium services. He insisted and pressured me to pay on the call itself, saying it was a live transaction. I was told that after this, an RM would call and explain everything, and there was NO talk about any more payments. So, I believed the fee covered everything. Later, the RM (Shalu) called me to discuss my profile and then suddenly mentioned that I need to make more investment, meaning money, which I was not willing to do after already paying. Even after I ignored her calls several times, she kept on calling and sending payment links again and again. Her senior (Shiv) was also there, and when I said no to more payments, they started saying I won’t get a job without it. They kept pushing links for packages that I never wanted. The whole experience was very disturbing and tramuatizing.

As soon as the call began, the person started pushing for a premium service, saying my current package was too low compared to others in the market and that I could earn up to 50-60LPA in Pune. When I asked for details about companies that offer such salaries in Pune, he mentioned big companies that aren't even based there. I became suspicious and told him I was driving. After checking reviews on Trustpilot, it became clear that they have no idea about CTC or ESOPs. Be careful and don't trust their services.

They are liers who took 149000 rs by fooling me, and I was tricked into their scam. Its my appeal to everyone, plese dont take any calls from shine.com. First, they say to register for 3929 and promise that a consultant will guide further. That’s how I ended up paying the first amount and then got stuck paying the rest. I am sharing this so no one else falls into the same trap like me.

I CONTACTED THEM TO RETURN THEM, AND THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT UNTIL THEY COULD GIVE ME RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. SINCE THEN, I HAVEN'T HEARD BACK AND ALL MY EMAILS JUST GET BOUNCED. FORTUNATELY, I ONLY LOST £30.00 BUT I WOULD ADVISE AGAINST USING THEM, THEY SEEM TO BE A SCAM.

One of the worst and misleading companies. They took 1 lakh rupees for services but couldn’t even provide me with a single offer. There is a person named Nitin Karla who keeps praising himself like he’s capable of anything, and sadly, I believed him. Naukri.com is the best job portal in India. Please avoid wasting money on Shine.com.
