My mother purchased a satellite phone and, being older, found it tough to figure out how to use it. She was really upset and almost decided to return it. Luckily, we contacted the customer service team at SatellitePhoneStore and spoke with Brandon May. He was the MOST FRIENDLY rep I've interacted with in a long time from ANY company I've come across lately. He was very patient and calm with mom (and with me too), helping her through the steps to fix the issue. When that didn’t work, he gladly accepted the phone back in the mail for just the cost of shipping, checked it out, fixed the problem, and sent it back quickly. Now it works perfectly, and mom is happy again. I wish more customer service people had the attitude, kindness, and proffesionalism that Brandon May shows. He does such a wonderful job! Thank you a lot, Brandon!!!

I got this phone for work during cruises. Service is very poor when you can find it. Checked all areas of the ship, front, back, left, right. Only two bars at the front, and there were no blocks. Total waste of cash.

I was thinking about buying 3 phones for emergency use and needed a prepaid service for Japan. I had some questions, so I tried Live Chat and got a rude guy named Sean who clearly didn’t care about selling phones to someone about to spend close to $6000. He told me the phone I wanted only had one plan, but the website showed many plans. It was obvious he wasn’t interested in helping at all. When I asked him about it, he said, “Because no one else has the phones.” He also said things like “I don’t have...” instead of “We don’t have...” It really made me question how this company operates. I’ll be looking at other options and warning others to be careful with these guys.

Once a satisfied customer, but I spent two weeks trying to reach them via their website, phone, and email about shipping to the UK. They never responded but began sending spam. No assistance at all. If you don't ship internationally, just say so and spare everyone the hassle.

The company is highly unreliable. I suggest purchasing from other sellers instead. They misled me into purchasing a product by claiming it came with an additional accessory, but that was never the case. Instead, they sent me an outdated version of the device and refused to provide the warranty certificate, despite my repeated requests. They also declined to cancel my order, even though I had clear proof of the dishonest practices by their sales team. Furthermore, they've been advertising misleading BGAN Flex pricing tiers for years. I thought it was an error when I first signed up, but after contacting them to fix it, they "agreed" but never took action.

We required cell service for just one week for a hunting trip. I made this clear to the salesperson, but somehow, we ended up locked into a 12-month contract. With the early termination fee, I ended up paying over $400 for a service that didn’t even work properly. Do yourself a favor and look for other options.
