The website is easy to use. There are many templates, and they are simple to change. Fonts and color schemes are great. The best part is the support team. I used the site in April with a basic account and then forgot about it. I was auto-charged $24.99 for three months until we saw this payment in June. I emailed their support, 99% sure the money was gone forever. But they replied right away and kept talking with me till late at night to get more info. In the morning, when I checked again, my money was refunded, all three payments. Great profesionalism.

So, I got let go from my job after 4 years cuz they had money probs. I was freaking out and stumbled upon ResumeBuilder coz I didn’t have a resume. They made me a really nice resume with all my stuff in it. Got job offers in 2 days and took a week off, man needs a break, right? Now, 3 months later, got this awesome job with a cool company making big bucks plus bonuses. Big part of this is thanks to my resume from these guys. If this happens again, hope not, I'll come back to them and tell others too. Really thankful for their help!!

I made a nice and fast resume, but some of the templates in the resume don't allow for personal edits or changes. For example, those with job education programs may want to change their text so it fits the look of the education area. I wanted to include a start-to-end date for my job education program, but I couldn’t modify it when it was listed under “education.”

When you look up a free resume builder on Google, this site appears as if it offers a free service. However, that's misleading since they guide you through the entire resume creation, only to charge you at the end if you want to download or get a working copy. I'm giving the lowest rating possible because it's misleading and a bit coercive to make you go through the entire process before revealing that payment is required. Why not be honest from the start?

This company is a complete rip-off. Don't fall for their so-called 'free' offers, they're just trying to trick you. They're a terrible company, taking money from people who don't even have jobs. How low can you go? I'm so angry, I'm going to track down their CEO's address and give them a piece of my mind. Today, I'm going to contact my bank to dispute the charges, and I'll also report them to consumer protection agencies.

It didn't mention you needed to pay until you attempted to download it. Actually, it even claimed "free." What a ripoff. You can't even take a screenshot since the website makes it blurry.

I downloaded my resume from Indeed and tried uploading it to ResumeBuilder. It worked like a charm, unlike other apps I tried. The info got perfectly placed into a new template. Everything was smooth and easy. Just one thing though – I wish the templates were a bit more customizable. Like, I wanted to split my skills section into two columns, but couldn't find a way to do that. Apart from that, it’s a solid tool for anyone looking to spruce up their resume without much hassle.

I thought I'd finally found a site to help me craft a decent resume for free. I went through all the steps, spent a good amount of time on it, and then, bam, they ask for my payment info. What a letdown. Naturally, I didn't want to subscribe or anything, so I tried to delete my account. Turns out, it's not as easy as you'd think. Under GDPR, I'm supposed to have the right to delete my account, but they make you jump through hoops with support and endless emails. Still waiting on them to actually comply. Feels like a total scam.
