I was able to upgrade, so I chose the iPhone 16 Pro Max and ordered it with next-day delivery, which came on time through ParcelForce. The package was safe and well done. By accident, I ordered a new phone instead of an upgrade. No problem though, Matt fixed everything for me on Sunday afternoon through Live Chat. Great service and many thanks to Matt for fixing my error.
