Complete Scam – Please Read Before You Get Involved

I sent my DNA sample to Quick DNA over 3 months ago. After sending it back, I heard nothing. No updates, no confirmation of receipt — just silence. After a month I started following up. They gave vague excuses and kept stalling. At one point, they even claimed they would be sending me results soon — despite never confirming they’d received my sample. When I pressed them further, they finally admitted they don’t even have my parcel. From there, I requested a refund. Weeks passed, and I kept getting the same meaningless responses. No refund. No results. No accountability. It’s now very clear this is a fraudulent operation. Once you send your sample, the process goes nowhere. They don’t do any actual testing — the so-called lab in Vietnam appears to be fake. The service simply does not exist. Any positive reviews you see are likely either paid for or written by people who received fabricated results, which is just as disturbing. I’ve filed a chargeback with my bank and reported them to the authorities. Please save yourself the stress and do not send this company your money or your DNA.
