Angie is awesome and great at what she does. I switched from a bigger company that I thought would be the best just because they were the largest. But I quickly realized that size doesn’t always mean better, just pricier and less focused on the customer’s needs. From the first call with NX, everything felt different. They really listen, stay on top of things, and follow through. The best part is they got a truck to pick up my car in just two days. I had already been waiting over a week with the other company with no updates at all.

I have used this company twice

I have used this company twice in the past few months for shipments ranging from 100 miles to 667 miles. They are very polite, helpful, and their drivers do their best to ensure your vehicle is loaded and delivered according to your schedule. The shipping rates are quite reasonable. Their drivers are also very nice. I’ve arranged shipments from very short notice to almost a week in advance without any issues.

My experience with Nick and the team at NX Auto Transport was AMAZING!!! This was my first time using an auto transport service and I am really happy. I got GREAT help from someone who was smart and cared about the service they provided. I am VERY satisfied... I will surely use them again if I need to and I STRONGLY suggest their service... AAA+++

I’ve worked with NX transport a few times, and the service has always been good. Mary was very helpful in arranging things with dispatch and the driver, which made the shipment go well. I liked how easy it was to use text messages and email to stay in touch. Mary comunicated clearly and quickly. Thank you!

This company will tell you one thing, but when

This company will tell you one thing, but when it comes to reality, it’s a completely different number than what they promised. It’s not just a small difference, we’re talking about a $2500 gap, and they don’t even tell you about it until they show up to pick up your vehicles. I was given an email saying there would be a credit for the deposit, which they said would be processed for our business. The credit was supposed to be $420 and that was on 11/4/24. Still, no credit has come through, even though the vehicles have already been delivered. If I had known they were dishonest about the credit, I would have subtracted that deposit from the final price NX Auto gave me. Be careful and double check that they stick to the exact amount, because they might change it without any warning.

They were meant to collect my vehicle on Friday. I got no updates or messages from them at all. After calling many times, they told me the car wouldn’t be picked up that day and would come the next. On Saturday, they vanished completely. After trying to reach them several times, they said the driver didn’t respond. Total loss of time and a full scam.
