Be careful with your deposit

Do not sign bill of lading sign only 3 days before date of move. If you paid a deposit and signed a bill of lading and cancel the move you will forfeit your deposit I paid 2500 dollars deposit for a planned out of state move 3 months ahead of time my entire move was cancelled never moved and when contacted said will give credit for a move up to 12 months in the future when advised not planning to move they rep referred me to billing or cancelation department and told me they are not obligated to give me any refund after I have signed a bill of lading I filed a complaint with department of consumer affairs I get a call back to offer me a 30% refund I have already filed a complaint with the Dept of consumer affairs and planning to fight them through the CC company as well

MoveSafe made our move much easier than I thought it would be. From the initial call to unloading the last item, everything went smoothly. I liked how clear they were about pricing, no hidden charges. Our furniture showed up right on time, and the team even helped arrange the bulkier pieces. I would certainly hire them again.

Avoid MoveSafe/(East West Movers LLC or/& I Movers): A Cautionary Tale of Hidden Costs and Broken Promises

Don't be fooled by MoveSafe's professional demeanor and enticing promises. While they may appear to be a reputable moving company, my experience reveals a frustrating and costly reality. MoveSafe operates as a broker, meaning they don't handle your move directly. Instead, they sell your contract to third-party movers (East West Movers LLC or/& I Movers), leading to a significant disconnect and a host of unexpected problems. MoveSafe quoted me an initial price of $1,974. However, by the end of the move, an additional $3,000 was tacked on in extra fees. This substantial increase is due to the lack of communication between MoveSafe and the actual movers. The movers, seemingly unaware of MoveSafe's initial promises, will likely present you with a much higher bill than anticipated. Be prepared to pay significantly more than your quote if you choose to work with MoveSafe. Beyond the exorbitant fees, my belongings were held hostage for three weeks, causing immense stress and inconvenience. The movers MoveSafe contracted (East West Movers LLC or/& I Movers), also exhibited unprofessional behavior. They demanded payment before unloading, damaged my items, left trash behind, and were confrontational when asked to perform additional tasks. In summary, if you're looking for a transparent, reliable, and cost-effective moving experience, do not choose MoveSafe/East West Movers LLC or/& I Movers. Their brokerage model leads to hidden costs, significant delays, and a frustrating lack of accountability.
