The Minitab course was good for
The Minitab course was good for understanding statistics. It started simple and went deeper. The SQA and factorial design courses were helpful with practical examples. We'll take more courses to improve our stats knowledge.

Eric was a great instructor who made us feel like we were right there with him. He answered every question happily and seems like someone you could enjoy a drink with. He knows his stuff and is very approachable.

Overall, the instructor knew a lot and the content was good
Overall, the instructor knew a lot and the content was good - if you already know about MiniTab before taking this course. It would be helpful to have a basic course first, like "MiniTab: Basics," that teaches how to use the software and its tools before moving on to the stats. Again, I am still pleased with the Essentials course and think the instructor did well - I get the statistics, but not the software too well.

The statistic toolbox pretty much has everything you need. The reliability toolbox does a good job, but they really need to work on making the machine learning toolboxes more user-friendly.

The sales process went fine, but I emailed sales et minitab dot com and all I got was this response: "The Minitab Sales Department has received your e-mail message. We will reply by e-mail or telephone within two business days." I never heard back, so I’m giving 3 stars for your sales team. The software is pricey, so I expect better service.
