When I raised this issue to them, their response was to ask me to individually review all 163 questions and point out the ones that needed updating. Seriously, do they expect me to spend hours doing their job for them? That's just lazy on their part and I find it unacceptable. To add insult to injury, they announced a downtime for their website without specifying how long it would last. Well, let me tell you, it ended up lasting for a whopping 5 hours! As a paying customer, it's not too much to ask for some transparency and communication. But no, they didn't give any updates until the site was back up and running. Unprofessional much? And let's talk about the technology of their website. It's 2023, but their website is still not compatible with iPads. When I brought this up, their response was that they would "work on it". Thanks, but it's too late for me now. And honestly, in this day and age, having a website that doesn't work well on all devices is just plain ridiculous. And let's not forget the hassle of the registration process and the multiple browser pages that need to be opened. Ugh, just thinking about it gives me a headache. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing anything from MeasureUp. It was a complete waste of my money and time. Save yourself the trouble and look for other resources to prepare for your exams.
