I reached out to the company the day after placing my order, expressing the need to replace one of the two identical puzzles I unintentionally ordered. Unfortunately, my attempt went unanswered, and now I'm stuck with two identical puzzles. To add to the disappointment, they insist on charging me for the return shipping. My experience as a customer has been less than satisfactory.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered a 1000 pc. puzzle. It was missing 3 pieces, so I contacted them. Got no reply. My wife bought me another, unbelievably, missing 4 pieces. Then, one came in mail from company after complaint filed. Now have third puzzle, will have to go through 1000 pieces to see if I can get one complete. We scoured the floor for the pieces, both times, the puzzle was never moved from the table. both the first 2 puzzles were missing different pieces, so hopefully I can make one. The first puzzle was thrown out in anger, after all the time spent for nothing. Just want to hang on my wall with the rest of my Eagles stuff. Unprofessional company, run by morons who don't have quality control

I purchased two puzzles from this company, and both experiences were disappointing. Puzzle 1 was missing a piece, and Puzzle 2 not only lacked a piece but had three extra pieces in the box. Seeking assistance, customer support proved unhelpful, suggesting I search for the missing piece in my house due to having already received one replacement for the year. Encountering missing pieces in brand-new puzzles is highly unusual, and facing this issue with two puzzles from the same company within a month is unacceptable. Regrettably, I won't be making future purchases from this company and advise others to consider alternative puzzle brands with more reliable quality control.

my puzzle, now complete is missing 3 pieces, what a horrible disappointment. has never moved from table since opened. not on floor or anywhere else after extensive search. I can send pictures.
