SCAM - Stay away!

Horrible company. Horrible business practices. Horrible customer service. I'd be ashamed to work there. Only the worst kind of people could work for a company like this. No communication about orders, no replies to emails, calling customer service is a very tiny window, and most times they don't answer, and they NEVER call you back. They always answer the phone with an annoyed tone and never a proper greeting. "Hello, let's start with your order#". Like they've never had any training whatsoever and then just tell you whatever they can to get you off the phone. My order was still 'processing' 2 months after making it. They claimed they were overwhelmed and that their supplier was behind. Bull. Just a poorly run company all around. Buy somewhere else. This company is a joke.

Buyer beware!!! This company is a total scam. I ordered back in February 2025 and tried to contact them numerous times and finally got a person. They told me that my order was being processed in parts and would be shipped out in a couple of weeks. Needless to say, it wasn't. I tried emailing them and threatening them and they totally stopped correspondence. I never received my order, which was over $200 and finally had to contact my cc company to get a refund. I can't believe they are still in business. They started sending me emails again in June to see if I was dumb enough to order from them again. Total scam. Please be aware of their shadiness. I would give them a zero review if I could.

This website is a ripoff.

They sent me only a few things from my order I made in January. The packing list had some marks on it showing the items missing. No refund, no message explaining those marks. I’ve been reaching out for 5 months and got zero response. They will take your money and never return it. Please avoid this company and don’t make the same mistake I did by ordering from them.

If I could, I’d give them zero stars. It took a full 2 months for my tiny order to even ship. After one month of waiting, I tried to ask about it but got no reply. When I asked again to cancel, still no answer—only to find out my order was sent after 2 months exactly. I’ll attempt a return, but I’m never buying from them again. All the bad reviews are true!!!

Ordered back in May 2024 and still nothing has shown up. When I reach out, support just goes in circles and it takes over a month to hear anything back. It's wierd that this company is still running with so many people saying the same thing happened to them.

I made a purchase and paid for it. But my order never showed up. I tried to reach them 3 times through email and phone calls. When I checked their website again, my order was missing, and my order history was erased from my account. They just kept my money.

Avoid ordering from them. It’s all just a fake online illusion. I’m lucky my order, which I never got, was small. A set of Reiki divine healing cards. For them to trick people over such things shows it will catch up with them eventually.

Avoid ordering from this terrible company. I made an order on April 25 and emailed them about six or seven times, but never got a reply. I also tried to call, but no answer. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place.

This company is a fraud! They quickly took my money and claimed my order was being handled. After sending two emails and waiting 6 months, it’s still “processing.” This site is totally a scam! Very disapointing.

3 months and countless emails to support! What a joke… what a hassle… try to contact them by phone… you can’t. They lie and tell you it’s on the way … but nothing

AWFUL customer service!!

AWFUL customer service!! David from support even yelled at me!! This is all about a $30 order! I've now seen it's really a scam site that hardly sends orders out.

Ordered 8/20 no arrival or email replies by 9/6. Read the reviews here and asked for a chargeback. Glad I didn’t spend more than $20 here. It’s a scam.
