Kentuckiana moving made our move so much easier today! Even though we got the first snow of the season, the team kept going with great attitudes. They were careful with all of our things and moved us much quicker than I thought they would. They really listened to what we needed and made sure to meet our requests. They were very professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend Ross, Breron, and James.

My apartment complex was renovating our units, and we hired Kentuckiana movers to handle moving our belongings out and back in once the renovations were finished. Breon and Dre were the movers who helped me with the return, and they did a wonderful job of arranging my heavier furniture just the way I asked. I was very happy with their professionalism, positive attitude, and hard work. Great job guys!!

Kentuckiana moving helped me move a 455-pound floor safe. The guys were very polite, showed up on time, and got straight to work. They finished the job in under 30 minutes. The final bill was a few dollars lower than the lowest part of the original estimate! I would definitely recommend them for any moving job.

I moved from KY to PA and wow, they really made

I moved from KY to PA and wow, they really made it sound easier than it actually was. One of the main guys promised me that he would make sure my things were packed safely and that he would personally supervise the loading. Well, he was also the same guy who told me it was fine to not use my mattress cover, and that everything would be okay. Turns out it wasn’t okay. My new mattress got damaged, as did my new refrigerator which got scratched badly. Funny how Jonathan apologizes in other reviews and says he’ll fix things, but the problems keep happening. Words don’t seem to match actions. I’ve got the photos to prove it. Some people give Kentuckiana 5 stars, but be careful. I’ve filed a claim for the damages and still haven’t heard back, even though Tyler said the owner would call me. After all the moves I’ve had, I really thought this one would be better, but nope. They were quick to complain about how much they had to move too. Just a heads-up, if you don’t enjoy the work, don’t take the job. You get what you deserve in a company like this. They didn’t even follow my instructions, like putting signs in rooms, and I ended up moving boxes myself because they were in the wrong places. They also scratched up my stairs leading to the basement where I was storing most of my boxes since I’m remodeling. Kentuckiana claims to have professional workers, but first, don’t complain when you’re on the job, and second, listen to the customer’s requests. Take care of their things like they’re your own, which they clearly didn’t do.
