I was a bit skeptical at first. After all, I had heard mixed reviews about the company and was worried that my experience would be less than satisfactory. But I decided to take a chance, and I am so glad that I did! The computer I received has now been used on two different engines, and it has worked flawlessly with both. My son even programmed it himself with the easy-to-follow instructions provided. And as if that wasn't enough, when I had a post-purchase check up, I had the pleasure of speaking with Amy who was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and made sure that everything was going well with my new computer. I truly hope she wins the company contest, she definitely deserves it!

Although I couldn't get my car repaired, they tried a few different options and ended up offering me a refund. It's rare to find places that make refunds this easy, and there were almost no questions asked. Even though my car issue wasn't resolved, I really appreciate the way they handled the situation.

I was happy with him. Knowing Flagship has people like him, I'd order from them again without hesitating.

A month ago, I had no idea what a pcm was, and my mechanic couldn’t find one. I decided to try this company and it went well. It only took about a week to receive the computer, and Rizzamer H kept in touch throughout the process to ensure everything was going smoothly.

This company is really bad.

This company is really bad. They just keep lying, and their customer service is so bad. I ordered something a month ago and still haven't gotten it. They won't even give me a refund. Look at the Better Business Bureau before you buy from them. There are hundreds of complaints against them. It's been a total nightmare for me. I should have checked the BBB instead of just looking at the paid reviews.

SCAM! Buyer beware

If I could give negative I would. I have seen several post previously about the Flagship one company. For anyone reading this, please do not use that company. Please read the 1-star comments as they are very accurate. I unfortunate was in a bind and did not read them. They just stole $187 for a bad part when shipped (that took 3 weeks to deliver) and now refuses to refund my money. After about 2 weeks of no contact from customer service, I used their comment email they sent me when ordering stating I could not reach anyone and the part was bad. A representative name "Vee" now has a lot of snide comments and states she/he will not refund my money even when she should have/could have because of the email comment I made about not being able to reach anyone and them shipping me a faulty part. I had a mechanic tell me the part was bad, and they still refuse to refund my money. In fact, after weeks of back and forth, they sent me the same part again! The parts are listed as "plug and play", no they are not. One part of the website says 30-days while another says 60 days; neither apparently are true. There are other websites out there that offer that, not them. They also state that the products warranty goes from the time the product is delivered, "Vee" originally stated it was from purchased date until I pointed out that was a lie, its from the date you receive it which their website says ships in 3-5 days; no, no it does not. Then because they received the product (actually back to their facility a few days past the 30 days; I was SOL!! Even though I had been coordinating with them weeks prior. I will show everything in my photos along with the customer service you can expect from "Vee" especially. If even 5 customers from the multiple websites I am going to post this heeds my warning, it will be worth it. And now, the website is saying that I do not even have an account established with them to see the timeline when I first started submitting tickets so I will also include a photo of the welcome email when I purchased the item. (Sorry if photos upload out of order). Also try looking up any of the social media plat forms they have listed on the website.. yeah, nothing for the past couple of years and even then its nothing but negative reviews. I can see why they shut them down.
