Company is nothing but SCAM

We made reservations for this December and within two days. The CC we used was charged unauthorized charges. Old account but but brand new CC number never been used except for this company. I called for two reasons, 1 - to check on confirmation of our flights which were not confirmed and 2 - to report the unauthorized charges. They claimed that there was no way for my CC information to be shared outside of their systems, which is total **** considering it was all done online. I asked for a manager and they said there were none. This place is a huge scam. Do Not share your information with them.

The company tried to call me, but I couldn't answer because of work. The representative kept trying and finally reached me about a change. Thanks to Jenny for not giving up.

Scammers!!!

This company offers lower fares that turns into more than you bargain for. I booked a round trip flight for two to attend a funeral, which ended up in me having to return a rental a day early to to them relocating the airport departure, then having confirmed tickets with seats only to get to the gate and be told by the airlines "Your tickets were refunded" while on the phone with Jenny and not being able to board with sent ticket in hand, was told no that's a mistake. Well... their mistake turned into us having to pay full price out of pocket for a return fare. After being told she would refund at least 1/2 the fare was not done after having to call numerous times which turned into 3 weeks, was told if I removed a bad review then they would refund my monies. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!! THEY ARE NOT IN THE INTEREST OF THE CONSUMER!

I booked three tickets online

I booked three tickets online, thinking I snagged a sweet deal for $740, all set for the main cabin experience. But then, a couple of hours later, I get hit with a call saying, "Surprise! Your cheap tickets are gone, buddy." Managed to get some other tickets on the line, but guess what? They cost me more than double the original price. Not cool, not cool at all. I'm not happy about this rollercoaster ride. I shouldn't have seen those cheap tickets in the first place, and now I'm feeling the sting of false advertising. The customer service person was nice and all, but man, the company's got me feeling some type of way.

They said one price online for tickets, then called and said tickets weren't there at that price. They offered to fly me somewhere else for the same cost, but not where I wanted. I can't trust this company. Seems like a scam to me.

They saved me a nice amount of money compared to other places I looked at, and I got the exact airline and flight times I wanted from the start. I would definetly tell others to try them if they want a good deal on flights, since they act like a travel agent. I’ll be coming back here for tickets in the future.

Hugo was friendly, but the cheaper flight

Hugo was friendly, but the cheaper flight I reserved turned out to be gone. It seemed strange that you can book a flight and then be told you must pay more for the same one the next day. Initially, it was $254 less, now $100 less than booking directly, but it was still a bit unsettling for a first-time online booking.
