First time I used it last year, when my son was in 7th grade. He did really bad in the first few tests. Worried, I asked my son why he got such bad marks. He said, ‘I don't get what the teacher is saying'. A few days later, I saw an ad for after class help from Extramarks. I went to their website and booked a test series and online sessions for 7th grade. They use cool animations and easy course material that anyone can understand easily. Now, my son is in 8th grade; and guess what, he topped the class 7 final exam. Thank you Extramarks for helping my son!

This app really helped my kid with all their subjects. The chapters were full of info and had nice pictures. I live in Pune and didn't have any money problems with it.

This company's dishonesty is staggering. They make promises they never intend to keep, taking your money and leaving you in the dark. Attempting to contact management or the CEO results in complete silence. Individuals like Ms. LISA and Mr. AZEEM are deceptive, prioritizing money over integrity. Even when reaching out to higher-ups, there's no response, indicating a lack of concern for legitimate issues caused by their untrustworthy team.

Had a trial class and the rep advised paying upfront to review the content. They assured a refund within a week if dissatisfied, following company policy. After three trial days, realizing the need for a refund, submitted the request but haven't received the refund for the unattended course yet.

Took a test lesson, the person said pay and look, if not happy, they said they'd give money back in a week like they say. After three days of try-out, we saw we want money back and asked, but still haven't got it for the class we didn't do.

No concern for students or parents. No Tips, or Model papers, no help for exam preparation or even bothering for students' attendance, leave aside attention. They sell and forget.
