Selecting a course and studying for certification was straightforward. After that, it's about gaining experience and applying what you've learned. I'm unsure if courses remain accessible online after completion, but they should be. Additionally, I don't receive email reminders for certifications, which would be helpful. A text reminder option would also be appreciated to avoid certification lapses.

I been lifting weights for 30 yrs, and do bodybuild shows. I got much from study guide and liked the test, now I can PT in gym I manage.

The book on Senior Fitness Trainer was engaging and easy to follow. I would definetly suggest this course. I truly liked it.

There’s a lot of wrong information in the Personal

There’s a lot of wrong information in the Personal Trainer Cert reading. I’m just on chapter 4 and already have a long list of mistakes. For example, Slow Twitch muscle fibers ARE NOT used in weight lifting... those are fast twitch muscles. That’s basic info. I have a lot of certifications (Master Trainer, Power Lifting Coach, Weight Training Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Endurance Training Specialist, etc.), and I'm only using this company because it's a cheaper way to keep my certification for my job as a personal trainer. With this economy, it’s my only option. Otherwise, I would be outta here. Very let down so far. It seems like someone with no real knowledge wrote this. You really get what you pay for.
