I bought an e mountain bike through the cycle to work scheme. Cycle Solutions stayed in touch during the entire ordering process and delivery. They were very helpful. Delivery was the issue. Sadly, CS decided to use TNT for shipping. It took one whole week to get the bike from Wales to Scotland, with multiple delivery issues and wrong depots. I won't go into how bad TNT is as a delivery service. Let’s just say they are awful. I took away one star because of this. CS, please rethink using TNT. They are the cause of most of your bad reviews. You deserve a much better courier.
