My take on the company isn't positive. I'm having trouble signing up because the system won't accept my user code. Also, the kit I got is missing parts or has different ones from what I saw in the video or descriptions. Customer service is only available through a chatbox, and it's not even live. I have to wait for hours to get a response. I think the products are good and the concept is excellent, but the way everything is put together isn't great. I'm interested to see how the software coding works though.
