I took the IT Course after trying out Tech Sales & Data Analytics mini courses. I wanted to figure out which one would be a better fit for my career change. Coming from a Healthcare background, I was looking for a new path. The hands-on labs and videos were helpful. The content was clear and easy to follow. I also liked the quizzes after each section before moving on to the labs. This course focuses more on understanding rather than just memorizing, which is great if you want to become an SME in your field. I had previously done a cybersecurity course, and now I feel I have a stronger understanding of how IT works and how everything fits together.

I recently completed the Information Technology Course, and it was an incredible experience! The cloud-based projects were challenging and covered a diverse range of technologies, including VPN setup, WireShark network port sniffing, Active Directory deployment, PowerShell usage, and GitHub collaboration for project presentation. The instructor, Josh Madakor, was exceptional, providing in-depth explanations and making Azure and networking concepts both enjoyable and easy to understand. This course significantly boosted my confidence, and I gained valuable knowledge.

This course is so beginner-friendly! The instructor makes it all less intimidating and more approachable for newcomers. I just wish there was more guidance on using Discord effectively. But overall, I'm loving it and looking forward to what's next!
