Pros The atmosphere at the company is nice, there are chances for growth, and the products are great. Cons Management can sometimes be a bit scattered, but they put in a lot of effort which I can't say for many other firms.

Changes in leadership at the top are ongoing, and it seems they might not fully understand what’s going on with the staff or how to grow from a $3 million company to a $8-10 million company. You need to pay more attention to the daily challenges, the issues with resources, and the organization of teams, rather than worrying about if the management team needs additional training for coaching employees. That will happen eventually, but first, you need to sort out your structures and ensure all parts are working well together instead of being separated.
