Firstly I had no issues with Customer Support and thanks in particular to Simon. The delivery was within the time frame but this is the point they lost one star, as the tracking link was never updated from order placed on 01.09.2025 until the day it left on 10.09.2025, 8 working days later, even though the stages were shown on the page. My Item was a Tefal Multi cooker listed as in stock when I paid ( with delivery noted as 8 to 12 days on the website) so I felt the dispatch still took an unessesary amount of time. The cooker itself came in a carton saying Rice Cooker, but after calling Simon, who explained everything clearly, when opening the carton I found the multi cooker I had purchased was inside. I have powered the cooker on , it looks very good quality but when I use it fully in a couple of days I will be able to give a better view on the product. I believe this is a fair and open assesment of my experiance and a proper 4 stars given.
