Mark from Chris Coffee was amazing. He was very kind and addressed all of my questions about the Ceado E37s. Bought the grinder on Friday and it arrived today. This will be my new place for all coffee related products.

Before buying an espresso machine
Before buying an espresso machine, I had a few questions, and they were quick to get back to me with answers. Shipping was also fast and smooth, even for a heavy 70-pound machine. Overall, I was satisfied with the service from Chris Coffee. Update: I reached out again for some technical help, but the person I spoke with wasn’t helpful at all. My question went unanswered, and I had to go to another company for assistance. After spending nearly $3000 with them, I wasn’t happy with the lack of support. I doubt I’ll be buying from them again. Avoid Chris Coffee.

I purchased an espresso machine for 3k
I purchased an espresso machine for 3k, and after having it for just under a year, using it no more than once a month, it stopped working. I reached out for support, but they were very slow to respond and showed little concern. They made it clear that they weren’t bothered if I never bought from them again.

How can I give them no stars?
How can I give them no stars? The most dismissive, curt, unhelpful service ever. Hold up after hold up. When I finally got my machine back, they left out the adapter to connect to the wall. Good luck if you need help with your machine.
