I was looking to get a large drawing
I was looking to get a large drawing featuring a collage of my grandparents, with one photo from their wedding day in black and white and another from later in life in color. I initially inquired about a collage/memory drawing for four photos and was quoted £412, which seemed reasonable at £103 each. However, when I decided to go with just one drawing, the price mysteriously jumped to £165. The communication was inconsistent, and the experience felt robotic the second time around.
I spoke with someone initially on Friday, providing all the details about the project, as it was intended as a gift for my mother for my nan's upcoming funeral. However, when I contacted them again the next day, it seemed as if there were no records or notes from our previous conversation. It was frustrating to have to explain everything again, especially during a sensitive time. The lack of people skills or emotional understanding in their response messages added to the overall dissatisfaction. While there may be positive reviews, my personal experience was tiresome and frustrating, making it feel like a wasted effort and time.
