My daughter and I visited Chachan Auto a few weeks ago after having a conversation with Mr. Joseph about a 2014 Chevy Captiva. He was very friendly and positive about the car. The car had a new motor and AC motor, and I feel Mr. Joseph could’ve easily sold it for $2000 more than what he did. It’s only been a short time, but the car is running well and has been a real blessing to my daughter. Our experience with Mr. Sibi Joseph was really good. He is kind, caring, and a man of faith. As a pastor, I pray for him daily! Yes, I’d recommend anyone looking for a car to go see Mr. Joseph, he will surely help you with your budget.

I want to begin by saying this company might not be the best place to purchase a car. I bought mine in cash in 2016, and I had trouble with my title for months. I kept getting excuses and delays, and it took a lot of effort to finally get it sorted. The seller didn’t seem happy when I called to check on the status of my title. Luckily, my car still runs, but I’ve heard many bad stories about this place. I don't think it's right to keep selling cars without titles. Be cautious when buying here, especially around tax season. I bought a 2005 PT Cruiser on 11/5/22. Found trhis site and decided to share my experience. Mr. Joseph Sibi asked for $2200.00, which I paid. He mentioned I needed to pay $462.00 for taxes and the license within 45 days or once the plates arrived. I didn’t get to drive the car as I would’ve liked since he was with me, making me drive around the block twice. I didn’t notice any major issues, so I decided to buy it. However, when I drove it on the highway, it started overheating, so I stopped at a mechanic. They quickly checked under the hood and said the head gasket was bad. I called Joseph to inform him, but he didn’t seem interested in helping, as it was an "AS-IS" sale. My advice is, always have a mechanic check the car before buying it, or don’t buy it at all. I will contact Mr. Joseph again on Monday to discuss further and let you know the outcome.
